RALEIGH – Elaine Jacqueline Brown, 87, of Raleigh, a native of Hertford County, died Friday, June 16, 2017 at her residence. Funeral services will be held at 12 noon on Thursday, June 22, 2017 at Pleasant Plains Baptist Church, Ahoskie. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Hertford County Undertakers, Winton, is handling the arrangements.
