KELFORD – Frank Harris, Jr., 87, of Kelford, a native of Northampton County, died Tuesday, May 23, 2017 at the Brian Center Nursing Home, Windsor. Funeral services will be held at 3:30 p.m. on Sunday, May 28, 2017 at First Baptist Kelford. Hunter’s Funeral Home, Ahoskie, is handling the arrangements.
