WINDSOR – William Flynt Copeland, 55, a resident of the Windsor House, died Thursday, May 18, 2017. A memorial service was held on Sunday, May 21, 2017 at Windsor Assembly of God. Walker Funeral Home, Windsor, handled the arrangements.
