WINDSOR – Signal Stevenson Askew, 79, of Pine Ridge Road, Windsor, died Tuesday, May 16, 2017 at his residence. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Friday May 19, 2017 at Ross Baptist Church. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Walker Funeral Home, Windsor, is handling the arrangements.
