WINDSOR – Dorothy Mizelle Hoggard, 72, of Old US 17 North, Windsor, died Saturday, May 13, 2017 at the Ahoskie House. A graveside funeral service will be held at 3 p.m. on Tuesday May 16, 2017 at the Mizelle Family Cemetery on Askewville Road. Walker Funeral Home, Windsor, is handling the arrangements.
