WINDSOR – Rebecca Pugh Williams, 83, of Governor’s Road, Windsor, died Wednesday, April 26, 2017 at her residence. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Thursday, May 4, 2017 in the Chapel of Wilder’s Funeral Home, Aulander, who is handling the arrangements. Burial will be in the Weeping Mary Baptist Church Cemetery, Lewiston.
