WINDSOR – Marvin Robbins, 57, of Jamestown Road, Windsor, died Thursday, April 20, 2017 at Washington County Hospital, Plymouth. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, April 29, 2017 at Wilder’s Chapel of Windsor, who is handling the arrangements.
