WINDSOR – Frances Hoggard Dunlow, 85, a resident of the Brian Center, Windsor, and formerly of RC Road, died Tuesday, March 21, 2017. A graveside funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. on Thursday March 23, 2017 at the Dunlow Family Cemetery. Walker Funeral Home, Windsor, is handling the arrangements.
