ROANOKE RAPIDS, NC – Susie Britton Little, 73, died March 6, 2017 at her home in Roanoke Rapids.

She had been preceded in death by her husband, William “Billy” Britton; parents, Stanley Winborn “Buck” Britton and Sadie Banny Britton; brother, Joseph Carlton Britton; and sisters, Sybil Jean Edwards and Carolyn Ann Briggs.

Mrs. Little worked for many years as Manager at Blue Flame Fuels, Inc. in Roanoke Rapids and had continued to enjoy her work there. Upon retirement, she found joy in her quiet life at home in Roanoke Rapids.

Her survivors include brothers, Cecil E. Britton of Conway and Bobby E. Britton of Franklin; sister-in-law, Francis Martin of Murfreesboro; and a special friend “Fonda”.

Gifts in memory of Mrs. Little can be made to a charity of personal choice.
