WINDSOR – Valencia Marie Carter, 48, of Morning Road, Windsor, died Saturday, March 4, 2017 at Vidant Edgecombe Hospital, Tarboro. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, March 11, 2017 at Tabernacle the Pillar of Fire Ministry Church, Windsor. Burial will be in the St. Paul Baptist Church Cemetery, Windsor. Wilder’s Chapel of Windsor is handling the arrangements.
