WINDSOR – Essie Bell Mebane, 86, of Gatling Street, Windsor, died Monday, February 13, 2017 at Vidant Bertie Hospital, Windsor. Graveside services will be held at 12 noon on Thursday, February 16, 2017 at Ashland Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery, Merry Hill. Wilder’s Chapel of Windsor is handling the arrangements.
