WINDSOR – John Edward Rascoe, 68, of Pleasant Oak Road, Windsor, died Wednesday, February 1, 2017 at his residence. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, February 7, 2017 at Cedar Landing Missionary Baptist Church, Windsor. Burial will follow in Moore Family Cemetery.
