JACKSON – Melvin Shoulars, 53, of Beamon Street, Jackson, died Tuesday, January 24, 2017 at Halifax Regional Medical Center, Roanoke Rapids. A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, January 28, 2017 in the rich Square Chapel of Wilder’s Funeral Home, who is handling the arrangements.
