ROANOKE RAPIDS – Ruby E. Maggett, 84, of Roanoke Rapids, a native of Northampton County, died Monday, October 3, 2016 at SHC of Roanoke Rapids. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, October 8, 2016 at Cumbo Missionary Baptist Church, Rich Square. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Hertford County Undertakers, Winton, is handling the arrangements.
