WINDSOR – Charles Johnson, 59, of Quitsna Road, Windsor, died Thursday, February 11, 2016 at Vidant Bertie Hospital, Windsor. Funeral services were held at 3 p.m. on Wednesday, February 17, 2016 at Wilder’s Chapel of Windsor, who handled the arrangements.
