NORFOLK, VA – Horace Leon Branche, Sr., 73, of Norfolk, VA, formerly of Northampton County, died Sunday, January 10, 2016 at his residence. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Monday, January 18, 2016 in the J. W. Faison Memorial Chapel of Faison’s Funeral Home, Seaboard, who is handling the arrangements. Burial will follow in the First Baptist Church Cemetery, Severn.
