WINDSOR – Louise P. Lee, 83, of St. Elmo Street, Windsor, died Friday, January 8, 2016 at her residence. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, January 16, 2016 at Church of God for All People, Windsor. Cherry’s Funeral Home, Windsor, is handling the arrangements.
