WINDSOR – Irving Coggins Sr., 94, died Monday, December 14, 2015 in Clinton, Maryland. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, December 22, 2015 at Indian Woods Missionary Baptist Church, Windsor. Burial will follow in church cemetery. Cherry’s Funeral Home, Windsor, is handling the arrangements.
