WINDSOR – Terry A. Gilliam Sr., 50, of Windsor died Saturday, December 12, 2015 at his residence. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, December 17, 2015 at Zion Bethlehem Baptist Church, Windsor. Burial will be in the Pleasant Plains Baptist Church Cemetery, Ahoskie. Hertford County Undertakers, Winton, is handling the arrangements.
