AHOSKIE – Louis Earl Simmons, 62, of Ahoskie died Sunday, December 13, 2015 at VCU Health System, Richmond, VA. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Friday, December 18, 2015 at Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church, Harrellsville. Burial will be in Perry’s Garden, Harrellsville. Hertford County Undertakers, Winton, is handling the arrangements.
