MARGARETTSVILLE – Ralph Ruffin, 68, of Severn Road, Margarettsville, died Sunday, November 29, 2015 at Vidant Roanoke-Chowan Hospital, Ahoskie. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, December 4, 2015 at Piney Grove Baptist Church, Jackson. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
