WINDSOR – David Tate, 74, of Morning Road, Windsor, died Sunday, October 18, 2015 at Vidant Inpatient Hospice Center, Greenville. A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, October 23, 2015 at Wilder’s Chapel, Windsor, who is handling the arrangements. Burial will be in the Mitchell Family Cemetery, Windsor.
