GATES – James Edward Turner, 79, of NC Hwy 37 North, Gates, died Sunday, September 27, 2015 in Hope Hospice House, Cape Coral, FL. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, October 2 at Gatesville Baptist Church.  A graveside service will follow at 3 p.m. in Peninsula Memorial Park, Newport News, VA.
