PLYMOUTH – Billy Saunders Baggett, 74, of US HWY 64 East, Plymouth, a native of BertieCounty, died Wednesday, September 16, 2015 at Washington County Hospital. The family will hold a memorial service at a later date. Walker Funeral Home, Windsor, is handling the arrangements.
