FRANKLIN, VA – Jean B. Eley of Franklin, VA, a native of Gates County, died September, 4, 2015 at Sentara Obici Hospital, Suffolk, VA. Funeral services were held on Thursday, September 10, 2015 at Stoney Branch Baptist Church. Burial followed in the church cemetery.  Hunter’s Funeral Home, Gates, handled the arrangements.
