JACKSON – Willard James Hargrove Sr., 87, of Jackson, died Wednesday, August 19, 2015 at Halifax Regional Medical Center, Roanoke Rapids. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, August 22, 2015 at Massey Funeral Home, who is handling the arrangements.
