WINDSOR – Joseph Edward Thomas, Jr. 72, of Caroline Lane, Windsor, died Monday, August 17, 2015 at his residence. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Thursday August 20, 2015 in the Chapel of Walker Funeral Home, Windsor, who is handling the arrangements. Burial will follow in the Lawrence Family Cemetery, Windsor.
