AUGUSTA, GA – Raynard Joseph Small, 59, of Augusta, GA died Friday, July 24, 2015. Memorial services will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday, August 1, 2015 at Cherry’s Funeral Home & Chapel, Windsor, who is handling the arrangements. Burial will follow with Military Rites at the Small Family Cemetery, Windsor.
