NEWPORT NEWS, VA – Otis Norman of Newport News, VA died Saturday, July 19, 2015 at his residence. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, July 25, 2015 in the Chapel of Hunter’s Funeral Home, Ahoskie, who is handling the arrangements. Burial will follow in Hillcrest Cemetery, Ahoskie.
