WINDSOR – Retha Bernice Freeman Roulhac, 85, of Winston Farm Road, Windsor, died Friday, July 3, 2015 at her residence. Funeral services will be held at 12 noon on Saturday, July 11, 2015 at Peterson Chapel Missionary Baptist Church, Merry Hill. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Gilliam Funeral Home, Windsor, is handling the arrangements.
