AHOSKIE – Marjorie Hudson Taylor, age 92, formerly of Colerain, passed away on June 26, 2015 at the Creekside Care & Rehab of Ahoskie, NC.

She was born on March 28, 1923 to Lundy and Lucy Harris Hudson in Swain Quarter, NC. Marjorie worked as a Secretary for Beasley Oil Co. for many years. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her son Allen Taylor.

Left to cherish her memory is her son, Steve Taylor and wife Rae of Woodland; her granddaughter, Patricia Bradley and husband George Michael of Ahoskie; her great granddaughter, Georgia Bradley of Ahoskie; two step-great grandsons, Edward and Parker Bradley of Ahoskie, along with a host of nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held Saturday, June 27, 2015, from 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm at the home of her granddaughter, Patricia Bradley.

A celebration of life graveside service will be held on Sunday, June 28, 2015, at 2:00 pm at the Cedarwood Cemetery in Roanoke Rapids, NC.
