WINDSOR – Alice Ryan Watson Rascoe, 85, of H Bond Street, Windsor, died Friday, June 19, 2015 at her residence. Memorial services will be held at 1 p.m. on Thursday, June 25, 2015 in the Windsor Chapel of Wilder’s Funeral Home who is handling the arrangements.
