WINDSOR – William Leman Harrell Jr., 80, of Cooper Hill Road, Windsor, died Sunday, May 10, 2015 at his residence. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, May 16, 2015 at The Refreshing Center Church of God in Christ, Windsor. Burial will be in Hillcrest Cemetery, Windsor.
