WINTON – Willie Langford Ballard, 60, of Winton, a native of Gates County and a veteran of the U.S. Army, died Wednesday, April 29, 2015 in Ahoskie. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Thursday, May 7, 2015 at the Restoration Worship Center, Eure.  Burial will follow in the HOPE Cemetery, Eure. Hunter’s Funeral Home, Ahoskie, is handling the arrangements.
