HAMPTON, VA – Jimmie Weldon Spivey, 72, of Hampton, VA, formerly of Windsor, died Wednesday, April 8, 2015 at Sentara Care Plex Hospital, Hampton, VA. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, April 15, 2015 at Zion Bethlehem Baptist Church, Windsor. Burial will be in Hillcrest Cemetery, Windsor.
