WINDSOR – Shelia Lorraine Watford of Windsor died Monday, March 2, 2015 at Vidant Bertie Hospital, Windsor. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, March 7, 2015 at Zion Hill Baptist Church, Colerain. Hunter’s Funeral Home, Ahoskie, is handling the arrangements.
