CONWAY – Bruce Anne Jones Martin, age 83, passed away on January 26, 2015 at Pine Forest Rest Home in Potecasi, NC.

Bruce Anne was born on November 9, 1931 in Bertie County, North Carolina, the daughter of the late Cecil B. Jones, Sr. and Ruby Oakey Jones. She was also preceded in death by her brother, Donald Jones; and her husbands, Grady Martin, Sr. and Joseph H. Britt.

Left to cherish her memory are two brothers, Cecil B. Jones, Jr. and wife Aileen, and J.D. Jones, Sr. and wife Judy; one sister, Barbara Jones Baldwin and husband Skip; sister-in-law, Shirley Jones; and several nieces and nephews.  She is also survived by five step-children: Timothy Martin and wife Terri, Ann Edwards and husband Keith, June Miller and husband Adam, Grady Lee Martin, Jr. and wife Shawna, and Allen Clay Martin.

Funeral services will be held Friday, January 30, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. at Bethany United Methodist Church in Milwaukee, NC with Pastor Dr. Suzanne Cobb and the Rev. David K. Metz officiating.  Burial will follow in Milwaukee Cemetery.

The family will receive friends Thursday, January 29, 2015 at Massey Funeral Home in Jackson from 7:00 until 8:30 p.m.
