WINDSOR – George Burch Mitchell, 83, of Hoggard Mill Road, Windsor, died Tuesday, November 25, 2014 at Vidant Bertie Hospital, Windsor. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, November 28, 2014 at Edgewood Baptist Church, Windsor. Burial will follow at Edgewood Cemetery.
