BROOKLYN, NY – Audrey Snow Outlaw Parker, 82, of Brooklyn, NY died Tuesday, September 23, 2014 at her residence. Funeral services will be held at 12 noon on Friday, October 3, 2014 at Sandy Point Missionary Baptist Church. Burial will be in the Outlaw Family Cemetery, Windsor. Gilliam Funeral Home, Windsor, is handling the arrangements.
