ELIZABETH CITY – Lula J. Williams, 77, of Elizabeth City, a native of Gates County, died Sunday, July 27, 2014 at Winslow Memorial Home. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Thursday, July 31, 2014 at Joppa Missionary Baptist Church. Burial will be in the Kee Family Cemetery. Hertford County Undertakers, Winton, is handling the arrangements.
