WINDSOR – Joshua Marshall Kilpatrick, Jr. of Belmont Street, Windsor, died Wednesday, July 16, 2014 at his residence. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Friday July 18, 2014 at Windsor United Methodist Church. Walker Funeral Home, Windsor, is handling the arrangements.
