WINDSOR – Dylan Lee Cullipher, 18, of Pintail Drive, Windsor, died Friday, June 29, 2014 as the result of an auto accident. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Thursday, July 3, 2014 at Bertie Early College High School, Windsor. Burial will follow in Edgewood Cemetery, Windsor. Walker Funeral Home, Windsor, is handling the arrangements.
