GLEN ALLEN, VA – Pamela Thigpen Silver Clay, 38, of Glen Allen, VA, formerly of Scotland Neck, NC, died Sunday, June 29, 2014 at Henrico Doctors Hospital, Richmond, VA. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, July 2, 2014 at Mary’s Chapel Baptist Church, Scotland Neck. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
