WINDSOR – Theresa Mae Phelps Lewis, 85, of Joyner Street, Windsor, died Thursday, June 12, 2014 at the Windsor House. Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. on Sunday June 15, 2014 in the Chapel of Walker Funeral Home, Windsor, who is handling the arrangements. Burial will follow in Edgewood Cemetery, Windsor.
