KELFORD – Carter Brown, 85, of Broadway Road,   Kelford, died Tuesday, March 11, 2014 at Warsaw RehabilitationCenter, Warsaw. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, March 18, 2014 in the Rich Square chapel of Wilder’s Funeral Home, who is handling the arrangements.
