GULFPORT, FL – Barbara Jean Mensching, 69 of Gulfport, Florida, went home to be with the Lord on February 11, 2014.

She is survived by her mother, Mary (Debusk) Mitchell (92); a sister, Mary Faye Huntemann; sons, Brian and Lloyd; a daughter, Heather; and five grandchildren.

Bobbie was pre-deceased by her best friend and loving husband, George.

Bobbie graduated from Norview High School, Norfolk, VA, in 1962.

Bobbie loved life, the ocean, and ice cream (preferably Chocolate).
