WINDSOR – Thomas Duncan Cowand, 80, of  US 17 North, Windsor, died Wednesday February 12, 2014 at Vidant Bertie Hospital, Windsor. Funeral services were held on Sunday, February 16, 2014 at Merry Hill Baptist Church. Burial, with Masonic Rites, followed in Edgewood Cemetery, Windsor. Walker Funeral Home, Windsor, handled the arrangements.
