WINDSOR – Mattie Lue Speller, 93, of Cardinal Lane, Windsor, died Saturday, November 30, 2013 at her residence. Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday, December 7, 2013 at Cedar Landing Missionary Baptist Church, Windsor. Burial will be in the Speller Family Cemetery, Windsor. Gilliam Funeral Home, Windsor, is handling the arrangements.
