APEX – Earlie Harvey, 87, of Apex died on Monday, August 5, 2013. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Monday, August 12, 2013 at New Jerusalem Holiness Church, Garysburg. Burial will follow at Lillie’s Chapel Church Cemetery, Garysburg. H.D. Pope Funeral Home, Roanoke Rapids, is handling the arrangements.
