WINDSOR  – Julia R. Leath, 89, of Woodard Road, Windsor died Sunday, February 24, 2013 at Vidant Bertie Hospital. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, March 3, 2013 at Spellers Chapel Church of Christ. Burial will be in the Leath Family Cemetery. Gilliam Funeral Home, Windsor, is handling the arrangements.
